Context and motivations As part of the AWID Forum Coding Rights and Tactical Tech wanted to run a session on the latest research that has been released on Menstruation and Fertility Apps in relation to data privacy and quantification of women's bodies.

The session was a conversation about the data that is collected by these apps, the implications and effects it has on women's perceptions of their bodies, particularly young teenagers.
